This place is a joke, they did not show up on multiple occasions, they never clean well or complete the so-called check sheets. We should have cancelled the device after the first incident but we felt for them because we too are self employed with a small business.

From the very beginning they did not show up for the initial estimate and when we called in they said we had cancelled the appointment. This was a lie because we took the morning off work to be home and walk thru our home with them.

They never show up on time its always early when we weren't prepared for them or not at all and when we called in we got different stories. They lie and say they had certain problems but depending on who you talk to the stories have been different.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue as the author lost $300. ltamyo is overall dissatisfied with The Cleaning Authority. It is a franchise. Every "Cleaning Authority" is different.

I believe too many of the owners are in it for the $$$$. Some are really trying to be good. But not enough. Roll the dice.

It's a risk.

At minimum wage, what do you expect? Some girls/guys are good, some are bad, some are criminal.

Franchises suck.

In the cleaning world, go on referrals from those you trust. And most importantly, treat those you hire with respect and a decent wage.
