I had started using this service a few months ago, and they were good for awhile, then I started noticing things being skipped over. The shower started having mold, microwave not cleaned and floors being skipped.
The last straw came this weekend. The cleaning service did not show and no call as to why. I called the owner and no call back. I was having company over and had a dirty house to walk into after work.
Mark needs to understand how important customer service is. I'm suprised he can stay in business with his business practices.
I'm finished with them. Buyer beware!
