I encountered an awkward situation with one of the cleaners. When I told the office manager that we felt uncomfortable with that specific cleaner coming back I was screamed at! I have honestly never been treated so poorly by any business ever! She even hung up on me.

The other issues we had where a lot of miss communication with changes in time and day when there was a holiday. We would agree the team would be at our house to clean on Wednesday but they would show up on Tuesday. Likewise we were suppose to be the second house of the day to be cleaned but they would show up at 9:15 am or 11:30am...you never knew when they were going to be here. 129068f
