im an employee for the cleaning authority and i think that we try the best we can and remember that we are only human...and some clients take things over board and if your not happy with the clean then clean your own house...and when you get your estament you are told that we only clean as far as we can reach thats just part of our system so if you didnt like that part about our cleaning then you shoulnt have hired us in the first place......and to be truthfull some of the complaints you guys have are really not all that important like if you couldnt reach something would you take a risk of standing on something and falling? 1290659
