I fired them and then had to wait three weeks to get my key back?. Every time I tried to call my rep, I either got routed to the Call Center or he had his phone off:.
Their prices are extremely reasonable;. But, after factor in replacement costs of broken items, they don't seem so cheap anymore. 12904fb

Cleaning was sub par, maids do not speak a word of English... but have no problem gossiping about you in Spanish. They neglected a half-bath (that is included in my cleaning plan!!) for over four weeks - I actually took pictures of the BLACK TOILET that they left. Absolutely abysmal service, constant confusion, and rude office staff. I asked them to pay my balance today and never call me again. I'll be sharing my experience with people I know - terrible!! |
