CLEANING AUTHORITY IS A JOKE!
I was never called back because they considered my hardwood floor a liability. Do you know how many people in this country have hardwood floors? They wasted my time in my "newer" and basically clean eight year old house. There are a lot of cleaning people who would be happy to earn the extra money. When I called, they told me the person who gave me the card no longer worked there.
SO beware! If you have hardwood floors as millions of other homes, do not attempt to use them. It is a "liability." GO ELSEWHERE

Maybe they thought you were a liability for some reason or your house is too nasty and they just didn't want to say that. So you are "pissed" because they didn't want to provide your service...
