I've had cleaning authority cleaning my home for over a year with excellent results. Recently, I began noticing a mold-like build up in the shower, Upon contacting the appleton, wi service, I was informed the company had switched to 'green' cleaning products. If I wanted non-green, I would have to purchase my own cleaners.
Wrong answer. Simply, give the customers a CHOICE! GREEN, or CLEAN??
To charge the customer regular fees and then require the customer to buy cleaning supplies if the want a clean (not green) home? Another option - upcharge the more expensive greenies if the want non-clean service. To cram the greenies on the rest of us without communication or an option is wrong. 1290330
