I was wrong. From the first initiatial clean to the biweekly cleanings the house was never cleaned thoroughly. The staff that showed up to the house were new employees, very unexperienced and not orgainized. Out of the four times they came to the house one group =3 people seemed to be most organized but did a horrible job cleaning.
I expressed my concerns to them immediately and the GM asked if someone could come to the house the next day. To me that only amplifies the issue. Clean the house right the first time. Do what you state you will do. The website states customer satisfaction, thorough cleanings . I had never had that.
I ended up cleaning the house after every visit because the staff did such a horrific job. The last time they came to the house and the final straw was when they broke merchandise, they felt badly, and then threw out my belongings. I cancelled the next two cleaning and was charged for it.
They were charging us 98 dollars for a missed visit and then 2 cancelled visits". I have wanted to terminate service since the beginning, because the GM called me back 2 times/. I left message after message about the issues, I talked to many people about the concerns but she never seemed to contact me and is now saying that she was unaware of them?. I told them that I did not think it was fair to pay the 98 dollars for them breaking and throwing awya merchandise:. I also do not think paying for termination service should be something I should pay either?.
They state on the website 100% customer satisfaction/. I have not had 10% satisfaction;. The last e-mail I received was from one of the owners - finally saying I have to pay 150 to terminate otherwise additional charges will be added:. Anyone have suggestions as to what consumers rights are I would appreciate it. 1290310

By failing to clean the house properly, breaking items and throwing others away, I suspect you could argue that they breached the contract first which would relieve you from future obligations (the payments) under the contract. to whoru ... shouldn't the service provider live up to their agreement and if they don't, why should the consumer? |

Written by Susan on March 11, 2008 from dallas, texas, US The Cleaning Authority broke items, never replaced them, broke their commitment to return to correct poor cleaning incidents 80% of the time, never cleaned the house acceptably the first time they came. Long story short, we forced them to terminate the one year contract due to their lack of customer service. They were terrible. |
